Hi, I’m Chan.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with brands across consumer goods, sales-driven businesses, and NGO campaigns, creating engaging content and visual storytelling that connect brands with their audiences.
Currently, I work as a Community Manager/ Social Media Manager in Dubai, managing digital presence, creating content and designs, and supporting marketing activities both online and offline.

Currently, I am working as a Digital Marketer at Samdo Auto Spare Parts in Dubai, where I lead social media management, content creation, and performance marketing campaigns. I manage Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and SEO strategies to improve online visibility, generate leads, and drive measurable business growth.
Previously, I worked as a Community Specialist at Nexlabs, where I contributed to developing community management strategies, including tone of voice, FAQs, and audience personas. I conducted sentiment analysis, competitor research, and share of voice reporting, while delivering data-driven insights and trend-based content ideas to enhance engagement.
Before that, I served as a Community Manager at Nexlabs, managing social media platforms, handling audience interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support brand growth. I also created reports and monitored trends to ensure consistent communication and improved community performance.
Alongside my professional experience, I worked as a Freelance Junior Graphic Designer, creating branding materials, social media visuals, and marketing assets that strengthened brand identity and increased audience engagement.
